PopGirl has some sad news...Justin Bieber has reportedly been papped kissing and hugging a girl! And rumor has it, the mystery is girl is in fact Jasmine Villegas, who played the love interest in his video “Baby”.  Jasmine is also supporting Justin on tour, so it does make sense, they would have been spending a lot of time together! 

Well, we’re very sad that Justin may no longer be single, but we think they would make a great couple!
